CX and UX – Giving your website a good rinse

You’ve got to have a website. Even I’VE got to have a website.

Proper organisations have proper websites – they serve as both a sales tool and reflection of an organisation’s personality.

But sadly some of them are not very good.

Most often they’ve just evolved that way, into something that doesn’t work anymore. You can get too close to things sometimes, so that you can no longer ‘see’ what you’re looking at. But it’s not irretrievable.

There is a simple principle you need to apply – think of your website as an employee.

You website is a sales person, and a conduit through which your organisation can create both a good impression and bottom line sales.
